Description

Delicious, crunchy banana chips made in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 firm bananas
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into even, thin rounds—aim for about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil to coat lightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over each slice.
  6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Allow the chips to cool on a wire rack or plate before serving.

Notes

  • These chips can be stored in an airtight container for several days.
  • Feel free to adjust the sugar and cinnamon to your taste.
