Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them into even, thin rounds—aim for about 1/8 inch thick.
- Toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil to coat lightly.
- In a bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over each slice.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Allow the chips to cool on a wire rack or plate before serving.

- These chips can be stored in an airtight container for several days.
