Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups honey nut Cheerios cereal
  • 2 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 2 cups pretzel pieces – I like rods & snaps
  • 3 cups Easter M&M’s (divided)
  • 12 oz. white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a very large bowl, stir together Cheerios, rice Chex, peanuts, pretzels, and 2 cups Easter M&M’s.
  3. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second increments, cooking and stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour white chocolate over the dry mix. Stir and fold until well coated.
  5. Pour bunny bait onto the baking sheet, spreading into an even layer.
  6. Quickly sprinkle and press 1 cup Easter M&M’s onto the melted white chocolate.
  7. Place sheet in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes, until firm.
  8. Break into pieces and enjoy!
