- 1 lb Smoked Sausage (kielbasa or other smoked varieties)
- 1 medium Onion (yellow onion)
- 3 cloves Garlic (fresh minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (or butter)
- 1 cup Chicken Broth (or vegetable broth)

- to taste Pepper
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the cabbage into thin strips and dice the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the diced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced cabbage and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices.
- Serve warm directly from the pan.
