A flavorful creamy sauce with a kick, perfect for dipping or spreading.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons grainy or Creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon creamed horseradish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (I use Tony Chachere’s)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate until needed (I like to let the flavors sit for a while, but you can serve it immediately).
Notes
- For best results, let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
