- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the chicken breasts in a Hasselback style, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the slices of chicken.
- Place the chicken in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
