Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels and drizzle both sides with olive oil.
- Season generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Press the seasonings into the meat.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there’s space for airflow.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through cooking. Aim for an internal temperature of about 130°F (54°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
