Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheeses until well combined for a flavorful cheese blend.
- Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mixture and toss to evenly distribute the flavors. If you like a little heat, add red pepper flakes to taste.
- If your pepperoni slices are large, cut them in half so that each piece is a manageable bite-sized crisp.
- Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart to allow the cheese to melt and crisp properly.
- Generously sprinkle the seasoned cheese mixture evenly over each pepperoni slice, ensuring each has a good cheese coverage to melt and crisp up.
