A quick and easy garlic shrimp recipe that is perfect over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Thaw the shrimp if frozen and pat dry.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp and toss gently to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
Notes
- For best flavor, use fresh garlic.
- These shrimp also work well in tacos or on top of salads.
