Description

A fresh and zesty air fryer salsa that is easy to prepare and perfect for dipping!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  3. Add lime juice and salt, and stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

  • This salsa is great for parties or as a topping for tacos.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
