A fresh and zesty air fryer salsa that is easy to prepare and perfect for dipping!
Ingredients

- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice and salt, and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- This salsa is great for parties or as a topping for tacos.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
