Description

This delicious pasta salad combines creamy dressing with fresh vegetables for a perfect side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add celery, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the pasta.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss gently.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
