A delicious penne pasta recipe with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 cups penne pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk (warm)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 0 tsp salt
- 0 tsp black pepper
- 0 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add flour and whisk to form a roux. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Slowly add warm milk, whisking continuously until smooth and thick.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Simmer briefly and serve hot, garnished with herbs.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs for garnish.
- For a richer flavor, consider using a combination of cheeses.
