- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Spice (Substitute with a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger if needed.)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (Brown sugar can be used for a richer taste.)
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil (Can be swapped with canola or peanut oil.)
- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Spice Sugar (Mix together the pumpkin spice and granulated sugar.)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a Dutch oven to 350°F, using a candy thermometer for accuracy.
- Cut a circle in the center of each Pillsbury biscuit using a cookie cutter.
- Combine pumpkin spice and granulated sugar in a shallow bowl for coating.
- Fry the donuts in batches for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Cool the donuts for about 1 minute, then coat them in pumpkin spice sugar.
