Description
A refreshing pineapple dessert resembling soft-serve ice cream.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups frozen pineapple (1″ chunks)
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
Instructions
- In a heavy-duty blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice. Blend until it is smooth and resembles soft-serve ice cream.
- Transfer the Dole Whip into a covered container and freeze for 2-3 hours to get the perfect dole whip consistency.
- When you are ready to serve, spoon the frozen Dole Whip into a piping bag and pipe into each glass, or else simply scoop the mixture into your glasses.
- Garnish with a sliced wedge of pineapple and serve with a straw and spoon. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, ensure the Dole Whip is frozen for the full time.
- Twist the piping bag while filling to create an elegant swirl.
