Delicious stuffed mini peppers filled with a creamy mixture.
Ingredients

- 10 mini peppers (in varying colors)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, sour cream and Everything Bagel Seasoning to a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined, then set aside.
- Wash, dry and cut your peppers in half. Remove the seeds and ribs.
- Fill each mini pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Add some (optional) Everything Bagel Seasoning over the tops and arrange on a serving platter.
Notes
- For a colorful presentation, use mini peppers in different colors.
- Serve as an appetizer or snack.
