Description

A refreshing frozen coffee blend perfect for a hot day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 810 oz coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of your preferred type of coffee (approx. 8-10 oz). Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze for several hours or until firm.
  2. Remove frozen coffee from the ice cube tray and place in a blender, along with milk and honey (or preferred sweetener). Blend until you have a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
