A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe for barbecue cherry meatballs.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle barbecue sauce (28 oz.)
- 1 jar cherry preserves/jelly (18 oz.)
- 3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from the chipotle pepper can (optional)
- 1 bag frozen meatballs (32 oz.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, cherry preserves, chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce until well mixed. Set aside.
- Place the frozen meatballs in a 5 quart or larger slow cooker. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the meatballs and stir to combine.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours (HIGH for 2-3 hours) or until the meatballs are hot and cooked through.
Notes
- For best results, use a slow cooker with a lid that seals tightly.
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by changing the amount of chipotle peppers used.
