Description

This refreshing punch combines ripe peaches, frozen raspberries, and ginger ale for a delightful summer drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 liters ginger ale
  • lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree the peaches until all the lumps are gone.
  2. Strain the puree to make sure that there are no more lumps and pour into a pitcher.
  3. Add the lemon juice and frozen raspberries.
  4. Pour the ginger ale into the pitcher just before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less ginger ale.
  • Serve with ice for a colder refreshment.
